Ostoy made plush for Sesamstreet in the Netherlands.

There is no model number on the tush tag.
This Ernie looks almost exactly like the Playskool Ernie from Assortment# 79247.

Not sure of when this plush was made but we'd guess sometime in the late 1980's or early 1990's.
